Best Halal Food in Durham

I come here weekly for the chopped cheese, it brings me back to NYC bodegas & halal trucks. It’s my favorite chopped cheese from the triangle area, closest thing I’ve found to nyc style. The chicken over rice is absolutely delicious too, I love the spicy sauce, but if you can’t handle the heat, get the green sauce on the side. Can’t recommend this food truck enough!

I'm from out of town and was driving back to the hotel trying to figure out what I was going to do for dinner when I passed this truck. So glad I turned into the parking lot. The food was delicious. I had the lamb and chicken combo dish. The portion size was almost too much but the food was too good to not eat it all. I will definitely go back for another meal.

We just finished enjoying the chicken and rice and it was amazing. The portions were large, the wait was short, and the staff was extermely kind and accomodating. We're looking forward to trying the other items on the menu but the chicken and rice will be a staple for us. Highly recommended.

Delicious food I loved their chicken over rice, Falafel in gyro also chopped cheese reminds me my days in NYC. My go to spots addicted to there food. Next time i want to try there chicken philly heard people talking about it saying it’s delicious.
